As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of marketing activities. From gaining experience in project planning and campaign implementation, to project managing media, digital and advertising projects. This role works together with all agency functions, from creative to finance.
What you’ll do
- Client liaison and coordination of the daily activities within a client portfolio under the guidance of a Client Manager and Senior Marketing Consultants
- Implement tactical marketing activities
- Work alongside the creative studio, digital partners, PR and marketing experts to deliver outcomes for clients
About the role
- Minimum 3+ years in a similar Account Manager/Marketing Coordinator role either client or agency side
- Proven marketing experience across a range of projects and deliverables
- Strong communication, project management, and administrative skills, with the initiative to undertake a variety of tasks
- Integrated marketing skills that can be applied across traditional and digital mediums
- Strong MS Office suite skills (in particular intermediate/advanced Word, PPT & Excel)
- High attention to detail with strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects and tasks within a day
- Confidence to engage with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and clients – via face-to-face, telephone and video conferencing
- The ability to take ownership of projects, ask questions and actively listen
