About you
A social media coordinator who is looking for the next jump in their career in a B2B environment. This role is hands on developing and implementing social media plans and campaigns, on behalf of our clients.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 2-3 years previous experience in a similar social media role with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and implementation of paid campaigns
- A strong understanding of social media algorithms including trends, strategies and best practice
- Have experience in social and analytics tools like Sprout Social
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to lead and create content
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to moderate user generated content and undertake community management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude to problem solving and providing excellent service to our clients
A day in the life of the Social Media Coordinator involves:
- Drafting copy and creating and scheduling social media posts
- Community management including day-to-day moderation
- Client relationship management
- Communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including third-party suppliers
- Creating and maintaining monthly reports including reviewing stats and creating insights
